How physics works at the nanoscale
Theoretical Solid State Physics at the University of Graz investigates light and matter at the nanoscale. Via numerical simulations and analytic calculations, we obtain deep insights into the electromagnetic and quantum mechanical behavior of electrons and light at the atomic scale. Our results impact both fundamental science and the development of novel nano and quantum technologies.
